Q1: When will my order ship?
A: Normally all orders are processed upon receipt. The order will be shipped out around 2-3 business days.

Q2: How can I track my order?
A: When you place your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can find your tracking number in that email or through your order history!

Q3: What if my order has missing, wrong and/or damaged items?
A: We are sorry that you had issues with your order and will do our best to make it right.
Please email us at and provide your order number along with a photo of what was received.
All damaged/missing or wrong items must be reported to us within 15 days of receiving your package.

Q4: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Once the order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our Distribution Center to begin processing. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or change an order once it is placed.

Q5: Can you send samples of your products?
A: I'm sorry, but at this time we do not send out samples without a purchase.
